As you can see, I’m an athletic runner. However, you don’t have to be a runner to lose weight. If you are physically able, I recommend you to go outside and walk every day. Otherwise, ride a bicycle or do a low impact activity like swimming.
Staying physically active helps you achieve and maintain a healthy body weight. Furthermore, a healthy diet is critical to losing weight. Please eat unprocessed foods to lose weight, and avoid ultra-processed food and drink products because they cause overconsumption and weight gain.
You can lose weight on the Big Weight Loss Diet. Learn to eat more fibrous carbs such as apples, berries, and nuts. If you are obese, please stop consuming products that contain artificial sweeteners, such as sucralose (Splenda). Research shows low-calorie sweeteners promote abdominal fat formation in obese people.
